Is anyone else having problems with their apple watch holding a charge after the latest 7.3.1 software update. My watch isn't holding a charge for more than 3 hours and it's taking a long time to recharge. It's been on my charger now for over 2 hours and is only at 34%
First try force restarting your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.
Failing that I'd try unpairing the watch from your iPhone then pairing it back setting it up as new.

You coukd also try reset of your Apple Watch by holding both the Crown and side button simultaneously until your Watch displays the Apple Logo then let go of the buttons.

I did the unpairing with my phone and then paired them again. Now it’s asking if I want a Restart Setup which will reset my watch to factory defaults. If I do this reset to factory defaults will I have to repair again so as not to lose everything on my watch?

Thank you for the link. I did check to see what everyone else did and I've actually bookmarked the page where it tells you how to unpair the watch from the phone. That will be the next thing I try.
