Remote access to win 10 pc

I use remote MS Remote Desktop to connect to my WIN 10 pc. I get this serror UNABLE TO TO CONNECT. Your session ended because of an error. If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance.

Error code: 0x4

I can ping it from my Mac. I can see it in shared. I've turned off Firewall, modified keys and everything. I've tried to connect to th ip address and the computer name. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?
