Disabled phone loss all photos and data

Hello,

My phone got disabled, which required me to restart my phone. Is there a way to recover my photos and texts without backup?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

The process of resetting the passcode deletes all data from your iPhone. You are aware of this. There is no previous data on your iPhone. You do not have backups on iCloud or on a computer. This leaves you in a position whereby nothing can be recovered, at this point, because there is no backup file anywhere to recover from.
