I have a 2019 MacBook Pro. Recently, the fan has been running nonstop to the point that I am now unable to do podcast recordings due to the white noise.
I have tried SMC resets per other posts in this forum (multiple variations, multiple times) and the problem continues.
I'm not sure what else to try? I really need the sound to go away so I can get back to work!

Uninstall both CleanMyMac and Adobe Flash by following the developer's instructions. Adobe Flash is no longer supported by Adobe and should be uninstalled since Adobe Flash is a huge security risk.
Cleaning apps and anti-virus apps are not needed on a Mac and they usually cause more problems than they solve plus they impact system performance. If you still have problem after uninstalling both of these apps, then run EtreCheck again and post the new report here.
Also try running the Apple Diagnostics to make sure the cooling system is working properly.
