Locked Apple ID

Dear Apple support team


I have Iphone 7+. On this I had an apple id  associated with the

Icloud. All my phone data is present in this id.


My iphone was accidentally disabled due to wrong passcode

feeding so with laptop logged in on my icloud with this id, as password was

remembered by the computer and i accessed my data yesterday 28 Feb 21.




However after couple of hours after time out I tried to

logged in again with stored password but failed. This email is no more in my use.


I tried to change the email and password and in this

process somehow I created another ID but Icloud,

instead of changing backup email, shows it as another apple ID with no phone

data in this Icloud.


Meanwhile due to repeated attempt, apple ID is locked as well


Please advise me how I can access this cloud id to

retrieve my data
