Worst streaming ever.

I can get through an episode on the Apple TV + app on my TV. It is the only app that doesn’t work. The picture goes in and out. How do I fix this. My internet collection is excellent and my TV is brand new.

It sounds as though you're having issues with the Apple TV app on your Apple TV and/or Smart TV. The TV app and Apple TV+ is a great feature, and it's important to work as expected. If you're having issues with the TV app on your Apple TV it's recommended to restart the Apple TV unit and companion TV. If after restarting both devices you continue to have issues do confirm that the Apple TV is running the latest tvOS. If you're having issues with the TV app on a support Smart TV as listed in the Watch on a Smart TV article, it could lead to deleting and reinstalling the app. Do keep in mind the steps for deleting and reinstalling can vary based on the TV make.
