iPhone XS Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

My bluetooth is funky. In my car I can call out using the hands free, but calls coming in will not connect ( most of the time ) My phone vibrates, will not ring, nor will the car's HF ring. . I can not answer the call using the HFL

Only way to answer is answering on my phone and switching it to the HFL,. I can not use any of the car features to hang - up or transfer calls even when I call out

Also, have issues connecting to a home pods, You are supposed to hold the phone above the pod and music is supposed to transfer back and forth. Only works some of the time. I checked all the settings.

Have problems with Siri and Airpod pros connected to the phone. Sometime they work and sometimes not..

Brought the phone to Apple and they sent the phone to be looked at.

Anyone else having these issues. I have the latest Software Operating system installed( 14.4)

Update. Received phone back from Apple. they actually gave me a new phone saying there were issues with the phone. They were not specific; However, new phone is still having problem with HFL. As a matter of fact they gave me a loaner phone ( iPhone 8 ) and had the same connection problems Thought it might be because of my Apple Watch. But turned it off and still had problems. took my car back to the dealer One of the technicians had an IPhone 11 and he was table to receive calls after we paired his phone to the car. We both have the latest operating system. When I paired my phone it received calls 2 out of the 4 times we called it. I called the technician’s phone 4 times and they all went through Yesterday we paired my son’s IPhone 12 up and called it twice and it failed. I keep my car function in blue tooth mode so I can stream music wirelessly and going to turn that off to see if that is causing the issue. if not have to think it is the hands free module in the car but Acura says it is not based on the technician’s test. Also reading some blogs and also talking to Apple there seems to be an issue having the Apple Watch on, but I proved that wrong as I turned off my watch and still had the same problem And there was also a blog to turn the airplane mode on, on the watch, which does not do anything unless you turn it off on the iPhone, and then you can not receive any signal to your phone or watch. Any thoughts ?
