DropBox access

Since updating the iPad Pro and iPhone X to the latest version 14.4, I am no longer able to view the DropBox folders from the Files app; I get the message 'Content not available. The contents of the folder could not be shown due to an unknown error '. It works fine on the MAC with Big Sur 11.2.1 and the DropBox app works regularly as well.

Dropbox not downloading files from files app I have an iPad Pro 9.7 with iPadOS and since the update I can’t download files from Dropbox on the files app. From iCloud in files it works well, and from the Dropbox app also ok, the problem is from Dropbox on the files app. The app shows all the contents but when trying to download a file it keeps on waiting to download and never starts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox app but it didn’t solve the issue, anyone having the same problem?

Files Won’t open dropbox Can someone help? This happens on both my iPads (iOS 13.5.1), and also happened on 13.3 - Right now when I go to the FILES app, Dropbox is grayed out. I cannot access my Dropbox files with the FILES app at all. In some apps, when I try to open a file, the FILES app will open, Dropbox will open, I can see my folders, but they say “0 files”. The FILES app will not see / show any of my Dropbox files, so I can’t open them. Dropbox on the browser is fine. The files are fine. But any ipad apps that depend on the FILES app fail to open Dropbox files now. This happens both on my iPad Air 3 and on my new iPad Pro 11”. Help? Thank you!

iOS Dropbox Sidebar Integration Not Working I’ve had an issue with Dropbox on my iPad for as long as I’ve used both. I’m currently running 16.1.1. The issue is when selecting Dropbox from the sidebar to attach or open a file from another app, it does not connect. It will work briefly after a restart. Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

Hi Koala59,

From your post, it sounds like DropBox content is no longer showing since updating your iPad Pro and iPhone X. Let's try disabling and then re-enabling DropBox in the Files app using these instructions: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
