iPhone 12 Pro Portrait mode crack

My husband went to take a photo in portrait mode today on his 12pro. There is a crack going across the photo. When looking at the back of the phone none of the lenses appear to be cracked.

Crack on iPhone camera Whenever I put portrait mode on my iPhone XS Max , a crack appears to be there. When i look in the outside of the camera , there is no crack on the outside, I have heard from other apple users that they also have a crack ONLY when they open portrait mode. With the other cámara features there’s no crack , but one appears on only Portrait mode. And I don’t have apple care. What do I do?

My iPhone XS Max rear main camera lenses damaged Recently my iPhone XS Max (256 gb)got dropped from the knee height towards the screen side to the earth on rough road surface, the tampered glass / screen protector got damaged but nothing happened to Display and total outer part of the phone But later I observed that the back main camera lenses damaged, and while taking the photos I am able to see scratch line over the image, please find the imagesattached and let me know if anyone of you faces same issue and what is the solution for this. If anyone rectified the issue please let me know the cost. Appreciate your suggestions in advance
