MacBook Pro 2020 M1 USB-C Port Not Working

I have a 2020 M1 MacBook Pro (16GB/256GB) that I took delivery of in January 2021.

A few weeks, one of the USB-C ports suddenly stopped working during use and has since failed to work. The MacBook Doesn't charge or connect to the dongle when I use the port. The other port continues to work though.

There is no hardware damage whatever and not sure what the problem is.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

You have clearly determined that one of the USB-C ports on your MacBook Pro is not working. You purchased this machine in January of 2021. It is still covered under the 1YR Limited Warranty that Apple provides. Take advantage of it. Have your MacBook Pro examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center and get it repaired.
