Move to iOS not connecting

I'm trying to transfer data from a OnePlus 7t to an iPhone 12 using Move to iOS, but I keep getting an error when the phones try to connect to each other.

After entering the code and tapping connect to the iPhone's Wi-Fi, I get an error that says: "Something came up. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device move to iOS" and "Connection Error. No iOS device detected. Make sure your iOS device is nearby and in setup."

I've already tried everything from the Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch page and none of it worked. I also tried manually connecting to the iPhone and still get the same error.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Finally figured out how to make it work. Not sure if it will help people with other phones having the problem, but it definitely worked with the two different OnePlus phones I tried.

In the help section of the Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch page it says to turn off any Wi-Fi settings that could effect the connection, like smart Wi-Fi settings and optimizers. However, it finally worked for me when I turned ON all of those settings. If you have a OnePlus, click on settings, Wi-Fi & internet, Wi-Fi, and then Wi-Fi preferences. On that screen, turn on all 6 toggles, there's 3 listed under "Smart Wi-Fi Connection and 3 under "Advanced Settings." There's probably only one specific one that needs to be turned on, but it wasn't worth the effort to find out which one, so just switch them all on.
