Impossible to update 11.2.2 on new mac book pro m1

I tried a few times from the settings but I always have an error so I tried from command line and I'm getting this:

Failed to download & prepare update: Error Domain=SUMacControllerError Code=7723 "[SUMacControllerErrorPreflightPersonalizeFailed=7723] Failed to perform PreflightPersonalize operation: [MobileSoftwareUpdateErrorDomain(MSU):MSU_ERR_PERSONALIZATION_FAILURE(2)_1_PersonalizationErrorDomain(Personalization):kAMAuthInstallErrorServerNotReachable(11)|NetworkRequired|]" UserInfo={SUMacControllerErrorIndicationsSummary=|NetworkRequired|, SUMacControllerErrorIndicationsMask=1, SUMacControllerErrorIndicationsDescription=-> Network access is required., NSUnderlyingError=0x149d06cc0 {Error Domain=MobileSoftwareUpdateErrorDomain Code=2 "Could not personalize boot/firmware bundle." Suggest Shutdown Router, Shutdown Computer. Restart Router. Disconnect all external drive and connect computer via Ethernet Cable - Wifi is iffy at best. Restart computer in Recovery Mode - Command + r - Immediately at startup, Presented with options - Choose Reinstall macOS. This should in theory download the Full Installer of the most up-to-date version of macOS Big Sur. Once is does its' magic and installs ( fingers crossed ) follow all prompts. It should eventually present the Setup Assist under Macs 11.2 1 or maybe 11.2.2 ( latest at this time).

If attempting via Wifi same procedure as above except - Disconnect ALL OTHER device using the Wifi. Want the Max Bandwidth for this computer.
