iPhone silencing calls when the iphone is locked.

With Do Not Disturbed TURNED OFF, it is still silencing calls when the screen is locked.

The phone has been rebooted several times.

I used DND in the past to avoid all of the political phone calls, but now that the election nonsense is over I would like my phone to ring again. It will not.

I'll say it again, when DND is turned off, it is still silencing calls, so don't say that the DND setting has an effect. It used to, but it no longer does.
