Hi! Some time last week, I was trying to use WeSing app, but I can’t use it here a screenshot of what’s happening when I try to sing LOL
I didn’t bother checking why I thought it was a bug from the app itself. And then the other night someone called me but I can’t hear them I thought it was there phone or the connection so I still didn’t bother checking and lastly last night I called my husband and still I can’t hear him so I started to doubt that maybe it’s my phone that is having a problem. I tried to call my son’s phone and answered it and that’s when I realized that the microphone and ear speaker are both not working. I tried to use voice memo but it also won’t work at if I’m just pressing the record button but nothing happening, no recording or whatsoever. I also tried to video record using my camera but when I play it the audio at the bottom is disabled I can’t click it it’s just grey.
And the last thing I tried is I tried to use voice message on messenger but I can’t use it. Also I can’t hear the voice message that was sent to me. I already reset the settings but still same problem also I tried to restart my phone over and over. I don’t know if it’s a hardware problem or software because its disabling some functions. I need help.
