I want to transfer my photos from my i-pad to my MacBook ,the I-pad is an old one Model MC706C/A
and the Mac Book is two years old . Is there a cable available so that I can connect both to enable me to transfer the photos from the I-pad to the Mac Book?
Email the photos from your iPad to the email address you'
use on the MacBook.
Perhaps Family Sharing may offer you some assistance as well:

Or upload your photos to iCloud from your iPad, and then on your Mac, access your iCloud address and download your photos from it!
Thanks, but the I-pad has an old email associated with it so I can not transfer to I-Cloud and no longer using that email.
Thanks will try the email method first , there are a few thousand so it will probably take a while , would like to do it faster , do you know if there is a hard wire method of doing it ?
