Cannot restore iPhone 5S, error unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)

Hi, I'm having problems to restore my iPhone 5S using iTunes, iTunes stuck but Windows show an error tell me that "USB device not recognized", when I check device manager, I saw exclamation mark, with following error: "Unknown USB device (Device descriptor request failed)". I've tried uninstall reinstall Apple USB driver and tried every solution, it didn't work, when I right click and clicked "Properties". Following the image of iTunes stuck, second image with error, third image when right click and clicked "Properties" and result. I repeat again, I've tried all solution from different question from different people and made no relevant solution, how am I supposed to restore my iPhone 5S to latest iOS version?

I'm using MacBook Air 13 inch early 2015, running Boot Camp Windows 10 and I never have problems when using macOS, it is possible because Windows 10 error or probably something?

I need someone assist, thank you!

Never mind. Problems solved! Changing to macOS on MacBook Air due to Windows issue, could be lying on my MacBook Air, only a computer will work (Not sure), Mac may never work without using the macOS
