Need to access disabled iPhone SE 2020

I am connecting you through my fiancee icloud and namke because i cant access mine. I can not access my Iphone 2020 SE becuase it is temperiorly disable and i can not connect to itunes to unlock it because it says i have to wait 12hrs to reset my icloud password. I have a Iphone SE 2020 and My icloud info is email@icloud.com and my ihpone is disabled
