Fitness+ app can’t find my watch

My watch is connected to my phone. As well as Bluetooth. How do I fix this? Does anyone know?

Seems like your watch is running on a different Apple ID then your iPhones if that’s not the case make sure it is connected to wifi and it is unlocked and then try again one thing I may suggest is that if problem persists you can reset your watch or you can contact Apple support at support.apple.com
