Screen time usage

I just had a look at the screen time of my phone.

It shows 16 seconds of Netflix usage.

I don’t even have netflix installed on my phone, how and why does ky screen time show netflix usage then?

iPhone XS, 13

Hey there Itachi000_20,

We'd like to help look into what may be causing Netflix to show in your Screen Time settings as you mentioned not having it installed.

When deleting an app, you have an option to remove it from the Home Screen, or deleting it altogether. When you deleted that app, it would be a good thing to confirm which option you chose. This link has more details: How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you never had Netflix installed on your iPhone, another thing to check would be what shows next to it within the App Store after searching for it. If it says 'Open', this would indicate it's currently installed in your iPhone.

We see you're using iOS 13, but for your iPhone XS, the latest would be iOS 14.4.1. You can verify the version number installed within Settings > General > About. To rule out a possible update resolving the issue you're seeing, here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Take care!
