Edit incoming call information

Is there a way to display more information than just first and last name on a incoming call? I have over 5000 contacts on my iPhone and more than one John Smith. I want to be able to know which John Smith is calling me by also seeing the company John Smith is working for or any other field of my choice. Thank you.

if company information is entered in Contacts for John Smith, then it's displayed during a call
