windows 10 requires bitlocker password for ipod classic

I have a 30GB iPod classic (I think it is very old). I wanted to sync it with iTunes but iTunes couldn't recognize it. Then I noticed that windows 10 asks for a BitLocker password. However, the weird thing is I already reset the device to the factory settings and it shouldn't ask for it, I guess. I tried the same process both on normal and disk mode. Can someone tell me what is wrong here?

See https://www.dummies.com/computers/operating-systems/windows-10/how-to-use-bitlocker-for-encryption-on-removable-drives/. Hopefully you can completely remove encryption from the iPod, it shouldn't be there.
