Hi Steve, I did some research. MAC allows to save the screenshots taken in Remote Desktop only to MAC local machine.
The below are the options which I found are useful if you are using MAC to access your office network (Windows PC) via Remote desktop option.
- you need to install Citrix Workspace which will give access to remote into to your office Windows PC. it will have option for Citrix Viewer on top of remote screen when you login to your remote machine. as shown below you can navigate to Devices>Keyboard>Send Key>Print Screen to capture screen prints on remote pc and paste it in your remote machine.
Option 2: Use Snipping Tool or other Screen capture tools on remote machine.
