Unable to Paste Screenshot taken on Remote Machine to Remote Machine

Hi , I connect remote to my office PC which is windows10 from MacbokAir. I am not able to paste the screenshots taken on my office pc to my office pc. the screenshots are getting saved on local Apple Airbook desktop.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

In Mac OS Mojave and later (10.14 and later), you can change where the screenshots are deposited, see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361

but in earlier operating systems, if the screenshot is taken with the Mac, it places it on the Mac desktop, regardless of if you are remotely accessing a PC or regardless of what the source of the image on your screen is.

Hi Steve, I did some research. MAC allows to save the screenshots taken in Remote Desktop only to MAC local machine.

The below are the options which I found are useful if you are using MAC to access your office network (Windows PC) via Remote desktop option.

you need to install Citrix Workspace which will give access to remote into to your office Windows PC. it will have option for Citrix Viewer on top of remote screen when you login to your remote machine. as shown below you can navigate to Devices>Keyboard>Send Key>Print Screen to capture screen prints on remote pc and paste it in your remote machine.

Option 2: Use Snipping Tool or other Screen capture tools on remote machine.
