Subtitles and Closed Captioning

How do I add audio and subtitles/closed captioning and record it all?

I need to create the presentation, record myself presenting it all while capturing subtitles in real time? Doable? Thanks to anyone that can help.

Recording keynote presentation: how to add video in addition to audio Keynote's new "record presentation" is terrific, especially now with conferences asking for pre-recorded talks. I like the following features: It lets you see the "presenter view" with the next slide beside the current slide while recording. It allows incremental recording: you can easily stop the recording, rewind, and re-record the last bit. It lets you edit the slides and keep the audio: for example, if you find a typo in the first slide, you don't need to record the whole thing again, just correct the typo and re-create the movie of the recording. It's fast, doesn't require wifi, etc. The only missing feature is that this is only audio and not video: I would like the movie of my presentation to have a small box showing me talking like you see on zoom. It would be great if I could use my laptop's webcam to add this. Is it possible? Thanks!

Recording of presentation not possible Are you aware of the issue that the latest version of Keynote (Version 12.2)has problems recording presentations? If I pause the recording of a webinar (because I made a mistake while speaking), I can't continue afterwards. .

How to show subtitles during an online presentation Hi, I deliver trainings online using Apple Keynote on Webex. This week, there will be a delegate on my course who is hard of hearing, so I need to show subtitles throughout the presentation. In Systems Accessibility under Accessibility, I have clicked 'Prefer closed captions and SDH' but no captions are appearing on screen when I speak. How do I get subtitles to appear on screen when I speak and when the Keynote is in full screen mode, please? Thanks very much.

Subtitles and Closed Captions are generated using dedicated video editing, Subtitling and Closed Captioning software.

Keynote does not edit video, and can't generate Subtitles or Closed Captions.

You may want to look at Final Cut Pro from the Mac App Store, there is free trial: Final Cut Pro

The type of applications you need are professional tools and not for the feint hearted, you would need dedication to learn and use these applications.
