What if it says no backup available?n

I am setting up my iPhone and I want to back up my iCloud. The prompts are no backups available,

you can set up in iTunes backup, set up as new phone, restore from mac or pc. I'm trying to retrieve my data from my dead old phone. My iCloud account has another user name and password.

What is my next step??
