Battery health of Macbook Pro declining rapidly

I have the MacBook Pro and have found through CoconutBattery that my design capacity (battery health) is at 83%!! I bought it in 2020 September, and it's only been 7 months and 150 cycles... this is so frustrating because all the Apple Support staff said they couldn't do anything since the Apple website states that 1000 cycles should retain 80%, but I feel like my battery is defected. Any ideas on how I can get my battery changed (hopefully at a lower price, because I'm on limited warranty)?

Wondering how you use / look after your battery. Some folks run it right down before re-charging it, while others seem to keep their adapter plugged in a lot of the time ... and then there's everything in between. Is 83 % not fairly good for a battery?
