How to change icon for all PDF files

Hello!


I would like to ask if there is a way to change the icon for all PDF files. I’m using the Preview app for opening PDF files. However, the default icon for PDF files is too similar to icon for images. Is it possible to change just the icon for PDF files? I would like to use my own icon so I can easily recognize PDF files.


I know I can install for example Adobe Acrobat Reader which uses it's own icon but I would like to keep using the default Preview app.

Yes I know that but I don't want to change just one file. I want to change the default icon for all PDF files that already exist and will be downloaded or created.
