Problems with Mail app

When I turned on the Mail app I got a list of email: iCloud in first place then Microsoft Exchange and others , when I selected iCloud mail and entered the username and password , I got a message that : can't login , this iCloud account has already been added on the iPhone .

And still nothing works for me

iPhone 11, iOS 14
