You mean you turned off BlueTooth completely? If yes, plug in your keyboard to your computer using your Lighting/USB cable and use it to access System Preferences > BlueTooth (again using the tab key.) Please note that you have to press the spacebar once you have selected an item in System Preferences, not the enter key.

And, to open System Preferences, use SpotLight (command + spacebar) and type System Preferences
6X6 thanks for the feedback, but didn't get what I needed. I really need to access the Dock>system preferences>bluetooth to re-activate the admins's mouse
