Keyboard -Big Sur login keyboard returns always to ABC instead Swiss German

After downloading Big Sur the keyboard switches back to ABC instead the High Sierra Swiss German.

The MacBook Air, early 2015, is purchased in CH, language is English UK and I am operating in India. On High Sierra there never was this problem. Anybody with advise? Thanks a million folks :)
