Lost everything. It jumped. From one device to another. Replaced all but lost so many apps,movies,purchases. Just get all kinds of different answers from Apple but they just never give results and no solutions Apple gladly sells but support needs to have knowledge, Absolutely Not.
Seems there were 'two threads' in generally same vain/vein..
The other one has some fair replies, there; maybe lost on subject?
Discouraging from the get-go, hard to 'volunteer' under duress!
