No button "put back" trash bin - macOS 11.2.3

When it is necessary to restore a deleted file, it is no longer possible to restore it to its original location using the "put back"?

The button simply disappeared, it is possible to find it at the header menu, but when no file is selected, and also if you click on it, it does not perform any action.

But if it's nothing to "Put Back" the button should be hidden, or not clickable (I guess).

I have permission to write in the original folders.

I found that I just can't restore files, which have been deleted by applications other than the Finder (e.g.: "Keka" or "VS Code").

Just a guess but it probably has to do with trying "Put Back" a file to a location you don't have permission to write to.

If nothing is selected there is nothing to "Put Back".
