‘Not using’ on family sharing
I have family sharing for iCloud but one of my family is showing as ‘not using’. I don’t seem to be able to change anything on that child’s name. What am I not doing or doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have a family member that is not using the iCloud Storage you're sharing and you are unable to make any changes to their name. On their device, follow the steps to have them opt in to using the Family iCloud Storage plan. Check out this article to Share an iCloud storage plan with your family:
"Follow these steps to switch to the shared family plan on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- Go to Settings > [your name].
- Tap Family Sharing, then tap iCloud Storage.
- Tap Use Family Storage. "
