External monitor does not show login screen and logo

I have MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) and external monitor which connected via usb-c to hdmi. This kind of connection didn't display to external monitor login screen and even apple logo while rebooting Mac. When I wake up Mac from sleep and unlocking Mac enable via iwatch, it sometimes does not display anything, external monitor shows no connection. If I few times disconnect usb from Mac and connect again it shows unlocked Mac.

I tried another connection via usb-c to usb-c with the same external monitor and it works as well, showing logo and login screen, however via hdmi I have better functionality like HDR etc with my external monitor.
