why apple dont have solution for iphone storage?
when I go to settings/general/iphone storage I see 15GB is used as other, I've deleted everything in that phone and it still 13GB, whats that issue why only apple we found it in?

Your device automatically removes cached files and temporary files when your device needs more space." "You don't need to delete them yourself." (Which I interpret to mean you cannot delete them directly yourself.)
