unresponsive key on keyboard (again)

I have already had my keyboard replaced (butterfly) but after about 18 months the same key as started to be unresponsive originally has started again (the command key)

I can't believe this on a laptop that cost me £3k!! It's been too long now for apple to replace it again so i'm left having to work on a laptop with a separate keyboard, which is ridiculous! Has anyone else had the same experience?
