Apple does not support Parallels, Parallels do support Parallels. However AppleCare's phone number in the US is (800) 275-2273. If what you plan to do is to run Parallels on the 2nd screen I seriously doubt you will need to speak to anyone. It's just a drag and drop operation to the external display.
