Genius results can't be updated right now 4001 Apple Music on Big Sur MacOS

I've seen this problem in lots of places but haven't found a fix. I'm using Music 1.1.3.3 on Big Sur 11.2.3.

Any changes being made in Apple Music to ripped CDs or added MP3s such as new artwork don't stick. I can add artwork to a file but it disappears when I close the window. Music also seems to be constantly refreshing artwork and the above error shows when trying to update the library.

Any suggestions?
