My camera works just fine for all other application on my Macbook Pro, except Facetime....which is an Apple app. Facetime isn't even showing up under the Security>Privacy>Camera menu as something to give permissions to. It used to work. I think it stopped working after I updated my OS to Big Sur. Any ideas?

Lastly, try setting up a new secondary Admin user account, switch over to that for the moment, and see if the same issue happens there too.
