No sound or phone wake on text messages

I get the notification, but there is no sound and the screen does not come on to show it.

I get it on my Apple watch.

If I turn off my watch, text notifications work fine on the phone.

If I turn off Bluetooth, still no notification on phone (no sound/wake).

Of course I power cycled iPhone AND watch.

iPhone 12 Pro Max (not listed in your device selection below!) AND you need to add a topic of any device problem, not just using. (I'm VERY disapointed at Apple for this lousy site design, especially when they even have a broken link on their front end that supposedly taking you here, nop!)

iOS 14.4.1 It was doing it in the previous iOS version too, it's why I decided to update, I was hoping it would fix it.
