I am in Ukraine and my keyboard stopped working properly. What should I do?

On a website, there is a program

that says that the problem I am facing:

*Letters or characters repeat unexpectedly;

*Letters or characters do not appear;

*Key(s) feel "sticky" or do not respond in a consistent manner;

is well known and could be fixed for free.

The only problem is this program does not provide contacts for people living in Ukraine.

What should I do?
