I don’t see setup now on the voicemail tab. I see only call voicemail

How do I make my phone call voicemail fail the number my carrier has given for retrieving voicemails


currently I am missing setup now button on my new iPhone. I only have call voicemail option

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hello AarVee1,


It sounds like you are not seeing an option to set up Visual Voicemail.


Here's a resource that might help. Review Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone.

  • Locate your Country or region, then your wireless carrier.
  • See if your wireless carrier supports this feature.
  • Click on the name of your wireless carrier to contact them with additional help in regards to this feature.


If it is supported, also see "Get help with Visual Voicemail" from your related article Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone.
