Navionics Boating App

Fo r several years I have run this App successfully on my iPad but since installing IOS14 the GPS positioning no longer works. Other iPad features, such as Google maps, that require GPS are working fine. I have been in discussion for months with Navionics who have tried all sorts of fixes but state that everything is fine and it must be something in iOS14 that is preventing the App from working. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you perhaps checked that the App’s Location Services permissions are set correctly:

Settings > Privacy > Location Services - find your App in the list of installed Apps, then tap to check/change the permissions.

It can sometimes be helpful, as a diagnostic, to set the Location Services permission to None, restart the iPad, then reset to the required setting.
