It looks like the forum ate your homework. I managed to recover one image out of a quoted reply. Were there more? Did you drag & drop the image into your post rather than using the image insertion tool at the bottom of the post editor?

Anyway, I can see more clearly what you see, and this is in the local library, not a device. See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support and turn on the Cloud Status column. I suspect the greyed out tracks haven't completed matching/uploading from the source library. If so, and presuming you don't have copies of these files secured anywhere I suspect there is nothing you can really do to recover them. If you have Apple Music you could remove the broken entries, and then add Apple Music versions of those tracks into your library which you can use while you keep the subscription active.

So taking the first greyed out track as an example, Human Touch, I think you'll find the status column says Waiting, but it would be useful of you can confirm. You should be able to drop a copy of the track into <Media Folder>\Automatically Add to iTunes which should merge with the existing cloud entry and match or upload resolving that particular track so that it plays and is no longer greyed out. Assuming I am right you have a strategy for the rest of the greyed out tracks.
