Intercom will not receive on iPhone/iOS devices (can send from any device)
Sending intercom from any iOS device (with Siri or button in Home app) to Homepods works fine...
BUT,
”Hey Siri reply” or, “Intercom LeRiver’s iPhoneXR” makes the notification sound as if sending the message back to iOS device,
—> but NONE of the iOS devices/watches show a notification (nor plays the reply intercom message).
We have one Apple TV, 2 HomePods, 2 iPhones (Xr & 8+), iPad Pro 2018, 2 Apple Watches.
Updated to iOS 14.4.1 on iOS devices, Watch 7.3.2, Homepods also up to date.
Yes, location services is ON for all devices’ Home apps,
Home settings, Intercom>Receive notifications>Anywhere selected, & ALL people in Home selected to send/receive.
Anyone else having issues? I have rebooted all devices to no avail.
