Question.....I have downloaded music on my I PHONE...IT PLAYS ON MY I PHONE...Thru cloud it was loaded onto my computer an d I have been playing certain albums...Now all of a sudden the music is shown on my list of albums, but is grayed out and will not p

Music library in itunes when I go to iTunes on my pc and look at the list of music on my device some song are greyed out some are duplicated and I cannot remove any as all the ticked column are greyed out. Please help

greyed out icloud icons in itunes The music in my itunes library is downloaded from CD as well as from Itunes store. All the music that was downloaded from CD has a greyed out cloud icon next to it. If I try to play one of these songs on my iphone, it will give me an error message saying: this song is not synced across your devices. How can I access these songs, either in my phone or my PC?
