So the first step we'd take is to make sure that your device is running the latest version of iOS, and to do that, you'll want to follow the steps in Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you're already fully updated to the latest version, you can move on from there by ensuring that all of your apps, especially WhatsApp since that's the app where the issue is present, are updated by following How to manually update apps on your Apple device. Double check that the settings for the notifications for that app are correct in Settings > Notifications for that app and any others affected.
