My phones battery health has dropped my %5 within 3 months

Hello, is it normal for a phones battery health to drop by %5 with in 3 months or is there something wrong with my battery, I normally use it on low brightness so I don’t know why the battery’s health is so low for such a short time. If anyone can explain what I should stop doing to save my battery form dying at such a short time that would be great, thanks. Oh yeah I’m using the SE (2 nd gen)

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Battery capacity starts to drop the day a battery comes off the assembly line. It is designed to remain above 80% for 500 full charge cycles; this means that it will drop about 1% for each 25 full charge cycles. If you are a heavy user and charge it from a low value to 100% every day you might see a 5% drop in several months. But it isn’t a problem unless it reaches 80% within the warranty period. If it does Apple will replace the battery.
