Access photos on Windows 10 works on one iPhone, doesn't on other

Hello,

I couldn't access photos on phone (visible, no preview, error when clicking on them), installed iTunes, didn't worked, I clicked on the phone: settings/photos on optimize vault it worked, saved few photos, came back, iPhone is not more visible in windows explorer (computer).

I connected iPhone 6, could access photos.

I redone the settings in photos app and done them again, no luck.

I am not afraid of any man, but moving files on iphone on windows, that **** is scary.
