Erased Drive of Macbook. Won't boot into Repair.

So, I made a mistake, I know. I erased the SSD in my MacBook Air 2018 Retina in the hopes of reinstalling the OS. Now it doesn't have OSX installed and I can't get into Repair mode and when I try Internet Repair, it fails with Err Code -1008F. (WIFI and LAN testet) I only have a 2010 MacBook Pro from which I can't download a BigSur Install File for making a bootable USB. (The Mac is too old, so it refuses to install BigSur) I tried downloading the latest OSX this Mac can download(High Sierra) and created a boot USB, but my new Macbook doesn't want to install.

What doesn't work:

-Repair Mode

-Internet Repair

-Bootable USB with OSX (lack of new Mac to create it)

What works:

-Boot Menu

I know its my fault, but maybe you guys have some tips and helpful advice.

Try power cycling your router and waiting at least five minutes for the router to finish booting before attempting Internet Recovery Mode again.

Also try a PRAM Reset since sometimes Macs get confused and will continue booting to something that no longer exists even when you are telling the Mac to boot differently.

If you still have problems, then take the laptop somewhere else that has a faster more reliable Internet connection.

Or try locating someone with another Mac that is compatible with macOS 10.13+ so you can create a bootable macOS USB installer:

Or you can take the laptop to an Apple Store for assistance (or to an Apple Authorized Service Provider -- will likely need to pay for the service from an AASP).
